Château Du Parc is a bold, traditional red of the highest quality. Stylish and modern, this wine is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a rounded opulent bouquet, and a frank onset. Its complexity is unearthed in the soft fruit nose contrasted against notes of broad- shouldered spice and wood.

Grown on the clay limestone hills of the estate. Harvested by hand in the beginning of October. Made in wooden and stainless-steel vats, punching down. With a beautiful black cherry color, Château Moya pairs well with fresh cheeses, delicate berries, and dark fruits. On the nose, ripe fruits and spicy notes stand out. Moya has a “halo effect” that hovers above the palate like a kiss as it evolves toward acidity. The tannins are well-blended and round. This wine is certified organic by Ecocert France SAS.

Attention grabbing are two words that best describe Coal Pit Pinot Noir. It‟s a wine with a big personality and aromatics which instantly captivate you. The palate displays excellent fruit-driven vibrancy, complemented by well integrated spicy oak for a memorable finish. This world class pinot noir wowed our judging panel no end.
Crammed full of ripe blackberry and red autumnal fruit Petit Jammes offers a medium-bodied easily approachable palate. Vinified for a long time on the skins, and fermentation is rigorously temperature-controlled in order to preserve a maximum of fruit. The wine is then aged for 8-10 months in stainless steel vats. The resulting style is very much an expressive, exuberant fruit-forward rendition of Malbec.
Silent Noise Chardonnay is a fresh modern Australian style, citrus driven and complemented by the subtle use of oak. While 50% of the wine was fermented in new French oak., the oak component is unobtrusive yet critical to the overall aroma and texture.
Pears on the nose nearly overriding the subtle incantations of citrus blossoms and delicate bath salts. On the palate endless layers of sun warmed pears and enchanting whispers of cinnamon and cardamom with a creamy mouthfeel and a fresh slightly citrus finish.

The unusual horizontal fermentation tanks ensure that the wines benefit from extra lees contact during maturation thereby adding to the complexity and richness of the finished wines. Jean-François prefers a cool fermentation to retain the intrinsic fruit character of his various cuvées whilst also allowing his wines to mature for 3-5 months on their lees. This maximises the wines’ ripe textural style that acts as a counterpoint to the wines’ archetypal fresh minerality
