This Vignerons de Calvisson co-operative cellar is located in the heart of the village of Vaunage (10km west of Nîmes). The cave’s creation and the first harvest date back to 1939.
In the mid 80’s, the winegrowers of Calvisson implemented a new strategy based on the production of varietal wines alongside expressive, characterful AOP Languedoc cuvées. The vineyard is planted with noble varieties only and the winery has been thoroughly modernised by investing annually in high performance equipment.
The best of winemaking traditions have been preserved in tandem with the rules of traceability and the enhancement of overall quality.
