Exton Park, Hampshire
Exton Park sits in the rolling chalk hills of Hampshire. This 60 acre vineyard sprawls nine separate mini-plots. Following a hand harvest, each crop is individually pressed and then stored in the library with previous vintages. This estate is the brainchild of Malcolm Isaac - a businessman who revolutionized the UK salad market with the introduction of baby leaf salads in the 1950's. Two decades ago, Isaac chose to take advantage of the great viticultural promise of the Hampshire soils. No expense was spared in investing in technology, equipment and manpower to produce some of the very best English sparkling wines.
