The Folle Blanche grape variety is used in a Gros-Plant du Pays Nantais wine that is vinified for freshness and vivacity!
The Gros-Plant Perle Bleu is made from the Folle Blanche grape, a historic grape of the Pays Nantais. The vines are pruned short (single guyot) and yields are limited. To best preserve its freshness, bottling is done in spring after aging on fine lees.
With a brilliant pale green color, its nose is iodized and lively. The palate is fresh and slightly lemony, giving it a saline tension.
Serve chilled at 8-10°C.
Family vineyard since 1670 and 13 generations in Muscadet. Decisively focused on the future.
