Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is a thin skinned early ripening grape, it is the parent grape of Cabernet Sauvignon.
It produces wines with a herbaceous leafy aroma, with notes of green bell pepper and spice. It produces wine with lots of body and structure whilst making the wines have a slightly smooth more velvety note.
