A grape that has been cultivated for nearly 1300 years in France, it's home predominately known to be the Loire Valley - the grape has a natural high acidity meaning that it is very versatile to be used as a dry crisp styles, oaked more full bodied still styles, botrytised sweet wines or natural sparkling wines.
