This wine is Mediterranean in style using Pinot Noir grapes. Grapes grown specifically for Rosé production were sourced from a single vineyard in the Southern Valleys.
Floral aromas of orange blossom overlay nuances of crushed berries. The generous palate exudes fleshy tangelo flavours and finishes with a peppery twist. An ideal match with all Mediterranean cuisine.
Founder and winemaker David Clouston spent three vintages on the French island of Corsica. There he became passionate about producing rosé and today his Two Rivers Isle of Beauty Rosé, named as a tribute to the island of Corsica, is championing rosés around the world.
Isle of Beauty Rosé is Mediterranean in style but uses Marlborough’s fruit-driven grapes.
David’s heroic approach to making rosé uses many varieties from grapes grown on plots dedicated to serious rosé production. This makes for a distinctive, dry, vibrant, salmon-coloured rosé for which Two Rivers is celebrated.
