Provence
A region in the far South-eastern corner of France. Known for producing the Cotes du Provence rose. The warm climates ensure that the grapes have a great long ripening period and due to the warm climates there is little worry for rot and fungal diseases. The mistral winds are a factor here in the South of France- which can damage the vines but they also prolong the growing season and keep rot and disease away.
