100% Pinot Gris Grand Cru Bruderthal - a great site with marl-calcareous soil with limestone in the upper Muschelkalk and the Lettenkohle.  These vines are over 40 years old with a south east facing slope, sitting at 230m altitude. Fruity, floral notes on the nose with hints of quince which are followed through into the palate. A delicious wine!

100% Pinot Noir  13 % Vol Fermentation in stainless steel tank, ageing in oak barrel with 20% new oak.

Grapes were hand picked then whole bunch pressed and juice settled for 4 hours. They were barrique fermented in French Oak barriques (27% new) and aged for 10 months before blending. A full malolactic fermentation occurred in spring, followed by lees stirring in winter every 2 weeks to stop post malolactic fermentation.<span...
