Organic Wine is made from grapes that are grown organically; which excludes the use of artificial chemical pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides and herbicides. Organic wine producers will use sulphites, but in much lower quantities than in conventional wine production. Organic yeasts and stabilisers are allowed during fermentation and production.
