Aoc Bordeaux Moelleux, Entre deux Mers 100% Semillon.  Only 5000 bottles made Limestone and gravel soils giving this wine lots of expression through the palate, 40-year-old vines growing at 100metres in altitude. The nose displays notes of camomile, peach and grapefruit, following through to a slightly sweeter palate with a crisp elegant finish.

Chateau Tour Grand Faurie - Saint Émilion Grand Cru 90% Merlot , 10% Cabernet Franc  The use of a short macération and ageing process produce a traditional Saint-Emilio of medium body that is ideal when paired with roast meat and duck breast.

100% Chardonnay - Skeetfield is a wine with exceptional power and grace, and will greatly reward the patient. The Skeetfield Vineyard has old vine dry-farmed Mendoza Chardonnay vines. The fruit was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed with minimal settling. This wine was 100% barrel fermented and matured, with 60% new Taransaud French oak.

Made using the 'Golden Egg' The aroma is a medley of nectarine, peach, apple blossom, with hints of almond and nutty richness. These aromas flow onto the richly textured palate that displays summer stone-fruit notes with hints of almond and a bright citrus finish that lingers and refreshes.

100% Chardonnay The mouthfeel is enriched by integrated layers of lemon-curd and buttery MLF nuances. The palate has an underlying freshness with acid poise, and the wine flows along a fine-textured line with creamy nutty notes leading to a sustained finish with toasty oak.
