100% Aligote (The sister grape to Chardonnay in Burgundy) Fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels for 11months (20% new oak barrels) A deep golden colour, with a nose of butter and cream, with baked apple and citrus notes. Following onto a palate with vanilla and a slight smokiness.

This Anjou White reflects the 2021 vintage, beautiful freshness the aromas of fresh fruit such as pear express themselves perfectly. 75% Tannat, 25% Cabernet Franc. Ageing: 12 months in 400L barrels of 2 to 5 wines.   The grapes are vinified in small large vats, by plot and separate grape varieties. The long maceration (4 weeks) precedes an aging of several months in old barrels and vats. Bottling takes place 20 months after harvest....
