      60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan

This is a new appellation from Languedoc, fine cuvee is the outcome of rigorous plot selection, slow fermentation and maturation in oak barrels for 18months.

La Croisée des Chemins combines high solar ripeness with freshness and velvety palate and typical Syrah scents such as ripe strawberry, notes of cherry, chocolate and blackcurrant.

7.8 Hectares vineyard in Terrasses du Larzac in Languedoc in the village of St Andre de Sangonis, 30kms N.W Montpellier.
Jean-Yves Chaperon and his wife Nicole Michel have created the vineyard in 2005. The terroirs have large rolled pebbles stones, with high thermal amplitude and frequent north wind.
Those conditions provide wines with maturity, structure and freshness at the same time. Hand harvest, gravity winemaking and Organic Ecocert certification in 2012.
