Returns

How to return / exchange:

Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. 

Include your name, address, order number, telephone number and whether you would like a replacement or refund.

Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office and send them to Smashing Wines, Unit B14, Base Business Park, Rendlesham, IP12 2TZ

Cancellations:

Goods being cancelled must be done so within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods.  If the order had already been dispatched Smashing Wines Ltd.  reserves the right to request that the customer meets the delivery cost of shipping and returning the goods.  To cancel your order you must notify us in writing (by letter or email).  Smashing Wines Ltd. will refund any monies within 30 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Cooling off period:

Goods maybe returned, for any reason, within 7 working days.  We can be notified of any returning goods by calling 01728 747244 and emailing [email protected] .  A full refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation (Smashing Wines Ltd reserves the right to request that the customer meets the cost of returning the goods).  This does not affect you statutory rights as a consumer. 

Faulty goods: 

In the event of goods being faulty, please return to Smashing Wines Ltd for a replacement or refund, goods must be rejected within 7 working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods.  If you have any queries regarding faulty goods please email [email protected]
