Delivery 

We'll deliver anything as long as there are 1 or more bottles of wine, champagne or sparkling included.  We use a trusted and secure courier service to make sure your wine reaches you on time and in good condition.  All orders can be tracked and will be signed for on delivery. The standard price quoted is for UK Delivery only. Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK (including the Channel Isles).

All products are packed using a high quality moulded pulp protective packaging from Paper Pulp Solutions. All of their products are made from recycled paper and are 100% bio-degradable.  Moulded pulp products are cost effective, eco-friendly, offer excellent protection and meet all new EU Legislation on packaging materials and waste.  

We turn around most orders within a day or two, although in some areas this may be longer (an absolute maximum of 7 days).

Our courier company will attempt to deliver twice and leave cards both times before taking the goods back to their nearest depot, whereupon the recipient becomes responsible for their collection.  If no contact is made the items will be sent back to Smashing Wines and a charge incurred for re-delivery.   If the address is incorrect the goods will be returned to Smashing Wines and a charge incurred for re-delivery.
