    - A classis crémant with a crisp and fruity nose. 65% Folle Blanche (also known as Picpoul) and 35% Cabernet Franc, 12 months aging on fine lees giving this sparkling a beautiful fresh and delicate finish.

    2 Anima Mea, Muscadet sur Lie, 2020

    - 100% Melon de Bourgone,, This wine has a white blossom and stone fruit forward approach. 14 months aging on the lees shows a roundness to the finish and overall a perfect pairing with seafood, some cheeses but most of all a great aperitif.

    2 Chateau Tour Grand Faurie, Saint Emilion, Grand Cru  2015

    - 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The aging gives it a slight garnet colour that leads to a nose of ripened black fruits and wood, on the palate the age has softened the tannins giving it a delicious finish.

    Professional eater and drinker Andy Clarke is one of the UKs most exciting and vibrant voices in the food and drink industry. Having worked in food, drink and travel television for a number of years, Andy is happiest when communicating his love of all things edible and sippable on telly, through social media and by hoisting actual events – online or in person!

    Andy’s background is in producing and directing food, drink and travel TV. His credits include developing and producing 'Saturday Kitchen Live' (BBC1), series producing Both James Martin's French & American Adventures and being responsible for all food and drink on 'Gordon, Gino & Fred: Road Trip' (ITV). 

     
    As well as TV producing, Andy does a lot of work in the food and wine industry. While working with James Martin, he recommended all the wine and drink pairings to go with the food on the first series of 'James Martin's Saturday Morning' (ITV). Andy also recommended all wines on ‘Word to the Mothers’, a series written and hosted by Mum-Blogger Zeena Moolla for Made TV. Andy is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and writes about food and drink for many publications including a regular column in Crumbs magazine. Andy has also written for The Telegraph and BBQ Magazine. His food and drink website one4thetable.com contains his own recipes and drink recommendations.
