100% Sauvignon Blanc. The true spirit of one of Sancerre's top villages. This is a multi vinyard selection of vines on the Kimmeridgian limestone. Vine age is 25-30yo, and the grapes are hand harvested. The wine is fermented with native yeasts in fiberglass and cement tanks, aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for four to six months and bottled without filtration.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Average vine age 45yo on the famously steep slope of Monts Damnés in Chavignol. Harvested by hand (a rare sight in Sancerre these days!). The wine is fermented with native yeasts in fiberglass and cement tanks, aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks (with a small proportion of used barrel in some vintages) for 4 to 6 months and bottled without filtration.
