Rhône Valley
Rhône Valley

The Rhone Valley - two different climates within its North and South parts. Following the Rhone river for almost 150 miles from Leon to Rhone Delta.

The difference in the North and South is noticeable,  Northern Rhone, being cooler - is known for the top Syrah producing appellations such as Cote Rotie, Hermitage, Saint Joseph and Cornas with the addition of delicious Viogniers from Condrieu.

Southern Rhone - a warmer region producing the well known Cotes du Rhone, from famous appellations such as Lirac, Tavel and Gigondas. Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre and Carignan are grapes that are always used as part of the blend for this style.
