The first note develops banana, citrus and pine resin fruity aromas.
The agitation reveals yellow peach and mango hints.
The attack is fruity and lively, followed by a voluminous but well-balanced mid-palate.
The retro-olfaction offers a peach and pear fruity aromas bouquet.
The finish offers a very interesting buttered and lemony taste.
Much appreciated as an aperitif, this wonderful Viognier is the perfect companion of fish dishes such as a pike with a sauce hollandaise or a monkfish Bourride Sétoise (stew).
