Micro production of a blend of Chenin Blanc, Riesling and Viognier on pudding stones
Hand picked, grape by grape, and harvested between 8 and 12 times to gather the finest botrytis grapes at precisely the right time. Yellow gold in colour. Blends of candied and sun ripened fruits including apricots, quince, orange and honey. Perfectly balanced on the palate with good acidity despite the 200 gr of residual sugar, leaving a long finish. An absolutely outstanding wine that rivals the very best of Sauternes.

Harvested from vines that are 40+ years old. Aged 12 months in Hungarian oak.
Deep ruby colour with hints of mahogany. Full bodied and powerful. Packed with juicy fruit, with a complex herbal, mineral and toasty character. Clean finish. Suggested food pairings: cheeses, grilled fish and duck terrine.
100% Chenin Blanc
Semi-dry Chenin Blanc (18 grs of residual sugar) from flint and clay soils. Alcoholic fermented in stainless vats with temperature control. Maturing on fine lees for 7 months then bottling in early April to preserve the freshness and natural aroma of the wine.
Ideal with blue cheeses and Asian food such as Thai cuisine. A cuvee named after the patron saint of England to who the church next to the vine plot is dedicated. What could be better than Cuvee St Georges enjoyed along with the country’s national dish – a sumptuous and spicy curry.
