100% Chardonnay Extra Brut 4 months ageing in oak barrels. This Crémant is fresh and fruity with notes of apricot and acacia flower, on the palate the fine bubbles and toasted notes give a delicate delicious finish.

100% Aligote (The sister grape to Chardonnay in Burgundy) Fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels for 11months (20% new oak barrels) A deep golden colour, with a nose of butter and cream, with baked apple and citrus notes. Following onto a palate with vanilla and a slight smokiness.

This Anjou White reflects the 2021 vintage, beautiful freshness the aromas of fresh fruit such as pear express themselves perfectly. The tension balanced by the roundness gives the mouth a lot of gluttony. Ready to drink now - or keep for up to 2 years. A great wine with seafood and fish, or as an aperitif with canapes.

75% Tannat, 25% Cabernet Franc. Ageing: 12 months in 400L barrels of 2 to 5 wines.   The grapes are vinified in small large vats, by plot and separate grape varieties. The long maceration (4 weeks) precedes an aging of several months in old barrels and vats. Bottling takes place 20 months after harvest....
