Intense ruby red colour, bright. It is a clean wine, open and of high aromatic intensity. In its bouquet, preserved black and forest fruits, blueberries, blackberries and plums, with spicy touches such as vanilla, nutmeg and clove, perfectly assembled with the roasted and balsamic nuances of black liquorice and scrubland. Light but with body. Harmonious and velvety feeling on the palate thanks to its sweet and friendly tannins, which provide structure and complexity. Perfect point of acidity ideal to accompany stews of meat, tables of cheeses, oily fish and a variety of dishes that feature vegetables rice and pasta.

Intense ruby red colour, with a hint of slight garnet on the rim that testify to its aging. It is a frank wine, complex, open and with very high aromatic intensity. A range of ripe black fruits, as plums, blackberries and cherries. Touches of rosemary and thyme flower. Its bouquet is completed by a balsamic intensity, vanilla and black cocoa. Toasty French oak. Concentrated and full-bodied, its character is reflected in its velvety and dense yet restrained tannin providing excellent structure. Sufficient acidity will help ensure a long life and evolution. The wine is an ideal pairing for meat dishes like red meat, roast lamb, roast beef, as well as cured cheeses and foie gras.

The wine is sweetly fruited and fragrant on the nose showing spiced cherry, strawberry, game and mushroom characters with subtle nutty complexity.

The palate is succulent and smooth with ripe berry flavours together with elegant savoury nuances, backed by polished tannins. 

The grapes were harvested and then fermented in small open top cuvees and hand plunged 4 times per day. Very gently pressed, the wine was aged with a mix of new and old French oak for 4 months prior to light filtration before bottling.

Grown on the clay limestone hills of the estate. Harvested by hand in the beginning of October. Made in wooden and stainless-steel vats, punching down.With a beautiful black cherry color, Château Moya pairs well with fresh cheeses, delicate berries, and dark fruits. On the nose, ripe fruits and spicy notes stand out. Moya has a “halo effect” that hovers above the palate like a kiss as it evolves toward acidity. The tannins are well-blended and round. Presents a dark cherry colour. It is an intense frank wine of great complexity. The range of black fruits, very ripe as plum, blackberry and cherries are perceived.
